We are excited that there are now and soon to be more options for wheels and tires in the 32 inch and 36 inch category. We have now been making 32er and 36er bikes for about 8 years and they are a super fun option for tall riders. We can now offer them with carbon fiber rims and gravel tires, which is awesome. The ebike featured here has 32 inch wheels and is perfect for a 6’5″ to 7’5″ rider. The 36er is ideal for riders from 6’10” to 7’10”, but anyone 6’7″ and taller can fit the 36er. The eBFG features a titanium frame which is built super tough for riders up to 500lbs. Titanium doesn’t fatigue over time like aluminum does, so this frame will last much longer than any aluminum bike out there. The ride quality of titanium is also far superior to aluminum. Aluminum is super stiff and has a very harsh ride when not paired with front and rear suspension. A 32 inch wheel or 36 inch wheel bike is designed around riding pavement, bike paths, and dirt roads and the titanium frame will smooth out most of the bumps and vibrations from this type of terrain.

This ebike is set up with riser handlebars for a comfortable upright position and is meant for commuting and riding paths and dirt roads. It can also be built with drop handlebars for more longer distance road rides where a more aggressive position and multiple hand positions is desired.

The ebikes we make are built with either a Bosch Generation 4 motor, which has 790 max watts of power and 85 newton meters of max torque, or a Shimano motor. We can build them as either Class 1 or Class 3 ebikes with a top speed of 20mph or 28mph respectively. The Bosch system is the higher end option and offers an incredible torque sensor that allows for the smoothest feel in pedal assist. It also has no drag in the crank shaft when the motor is off, so you can ride the bike with the motor off and it will feel like a normal bike. This can also help to get more range. Both Bosch and Shimano have high level safety features making them two of the safest battery and motor systems on any ebike.

Let’s talk about weight. Yes, bike weight is less important for an ebike, but it’s not completely unimportant. Our titanium frames and high end components will provide the lightest weight option on the market for an ebike. A lighter bike is easier to handle and load onto vehicles for transport. They feel sportier and more fun to ride than a super heavy bike.
